Background This contract is for the acquisition of the FY26 ICONICS SupportWorX Premier Plan Renewal for NASA Johnson Space Center (JSC). The goal is to ensure continued technical support and access to product upgrades for ICONICS software used by NASA JSC. Work Details The SupportWorX PREMIER Plan covers all active products for an End-User. It includes: - Telephone technical support from any ICONICS Global Support and Services Center worldwide during business hours. - Free product upgrades for major new feature releases within a product family and service packs. - Synchronized renewals so that SupportWorX plans for all licenses on-site expire on the same date. - Free support for new licenses purchased after the first anniversary date through the following annual renewal date. - Invitations to official ICONICS Beta Programs. - A 30% discount on official ICONICS training classes. - Access to the ICONICS Customer Connection Portal for product downloads, documentation, FAQs, support case initiation, support case status, and training content. - Plus one replacement key per year provided the plan is in effect. All licenses owned by the end user must be on the SupportWorX PREMIER Plan. Prepaid multi-year plans up to 10 years are available at a discount of 17.5% per year, requiring payment at time of purchase for all years covered. New licenses purchased after instatement of a multi-year SupportWorX PREMIER Plan must be added by making an additional payment equal to 17.5% of the list price for each product for each full year remaining in the plan.
