The contractor is required to deliver a comprehensive scope of work for the Princeton Road Station 345 kV Substation project. This includes: - Providing all planning and material coordination - Preparing the project schedule - Supplying all labor, supervision, miscellaneous materials, tools, apparatus, equipment, and conveyances - Managing mobilization, assembly, and demobilization efforts - Furnishing one (1) 28-feet x 80-feet factory prefabricated substation Control Building, complete with all components and miscellaneous equipment - Assembling the 28-feet x 80-feet Control Building on pier foundations (note: foundations will be designed and installed by others) Who is Requesting: This work is being requested by the DISTRICT for the Princeton Road Station 345 kV Substation.

Background

This solicitation is for the procurement and assembly of a prefabricated control building to support operations at the DISTRICT'S Princeton Road Station 345 kV Substation. The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the building's delivery and assembly, except for the pier foundations, which are handled separately.
