Background The USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN71) will participate in the biennial 30th Rim of the Pacific (RIMPAC) 2026 exercises in and around the Hawaiian Islands. The exercise focuses on interoperability and collective maritime security to ensure a free and open Indo-Pacific region amongst thirty-one participating nations. This solicitation is issued by NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor, Regional Contracting Office, for the rental of portable toilets and hand wash stations to support these exercises. Work Details The contractor shall provide the rental of thirty (30) portable toilets and twenty (20) hand wash stations, including all necessary maintenance and continuous supply of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. Specific tasks include: 1. Delivery of units to the USS Theodore Roosevelt at Hotel Pier prior to the start of the Period of Performance. 2. Regular maintenance of units at a minimum of 3-4 times per week, including waste removal, surface disinfection, and odor abatement. 3. Cleaning all spills within 24 hours of notification and during scheduled servicing, ensuring no trace of waste or chemicals remains. 4. Proper disposal of all waste in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. 5. Provision of all labor, tools, machinery, and supplies necessary for delivery, installation, maintenance, and final removal of equipment. Period of Performance 23 June 2026 to 01 August 2026; segmented into two distinct intervals: Segment 1 from 23 June 2026 through 07 July 2026 and Segment 2 from 27 July 2026 through 01 August 2026.
