Voluntary Septic Conversion Program - Paradise Hills

Scope of Work

The contract involves the conversion of on-site sewage conveyance systems for up to 44 parcels located southeast of the intersection of Mission Drive and Greenway Road, transitioning these properties from septic systems to the public sewer system. The work to be performed includes: - Abandonment of existing septic systems in compliance with Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) requirements. - Installation of sewer laterals to connect each parcel to the existing City of Henderson sanitary sewers. - Restoration of any existing site improvements impacted by construction activities. - Construction of new public sewer main extensions, which will become the property of the City of Henderson.
