The Commander, Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) Procurement Group (PG), in support of the Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW) to procure one (1) Pauli Systems RAM 31 Dry Stripping Cabinet or any other dry stripping cabinet that can equally meet the physical, functional, and performance characteristics of the Pauli Systems RAM 31. The dry stripping cabinet must have the ability to accommodate aluminum oxide media, at least 900 CFM reclaimer with 2-stage cyclone separator, and have an adjustable media flow valve. As part of the purchase order, contractor shall also provide an installation technician to perform an on-site turnkey installation to include tooling, system start-up, testing, and appropriate adjustments. Background The Commander, Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) Procurement Group (PG) is issuing this request for quote to procure one (1) Pauli Systems RAM 31 Dry Stripping Cabinet or an equivalent dry stripping cabinet. This procurement supports the Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW), which is involved in aircraft component refurbishment. The goal of this contract is to enhance the capabilities of Building 472 production shop 97401 in compliance with MIL-STD-1504C and MIL-P-85891A specifications. Work Details The contractor shall provide and deliver one (1) Pauli Systems RAM 31 Dry Stripping Cabinet or an equivalent model that meets the following specifications: - Ability to accommodate aluminum oxide media - Minimum 900 CFM reclaimer with a 2-stage cyclone separator - Adjustable media flow valve. Additionally, the contractor must provide an installation technician for on-site turnkey installation, which includes tooling, system start-up, testing, and necessary adjustments. The contractor is responsible for ensuring that all equipment is delivered in compliance with the specifications outlined in the Statement of Work. Period of Performance The contract delivery date is required within one (1) year or three hundred sixty-five (365) days from the date of contract award. Early delivery is acceptable. Place of Performance The equipment will be delivered to Fleet Readiness Center Southwest located at NAS North Island, Building 36, Quentin-Roosevelt Blvd., San Diego, CA 92135-7058.
