HPE Servers, Equipment, and Switches

Background

The Maryland Aviation Administration (MAA) is issuing this solicitation for the procurement of Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) servers and switches to support operations at the Baltimore Washington Thurgood Marshall International Airport. The goal of this contract is to acquire necessary hardware and associated services to enhance the agency's technological infrastructure.

Work Details

The contract involves the procurement of various HPE servers, equipment, and switches. Specific items include: - 5 units of HPE DL380 GEN12 8SFF NC CTO SVR - 10 units of INTEL XEON 6530P CPU for HPE - 40 units of HPE 16GB PC5-6400B-R SMART KIT Additionally, there are requirements for installation and training services related to the hardware provided. The Master Contractor must be an authorized reseller for HPE and provide a Letter of Authorization if requested.

Period of Performance

The performance period for this contract is expected to commence upon award and will continue as specified in the bid submissions, with annual pricing applicable for multi-year contracts.

Place of Performance

The contract will be performed at the Maryland Aviation Administration located at 7005 Aviation Blvd., Glen Burnie, MD 21061.

Bidder Requirements

This is a Small Business Reserve Procurement limited to certified small business vendors. Bidders must meet statutory requirements set forth in State Finance and Procurement Article, §§14-501—14-505, Annotated Code of Maryland. Bidders must also provide a Mercury Affidavit and include a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with their bid.
