The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering a curriculum that addresses the social and emotional learning needs of students across all grade levels.

Background

This Request for Proposals (RFP) aims to establish a contract for a K 12 SEW Curriculum and associated services to support the district's commitment to student wellness.

Contract Requirements

- The curriculum must be comprehensive and span grades K 12. - Related services to support implementation are required. - All proposals must comply with the State of Utah Procurement Code, Utah Code Annotated (UCA) Chapter 63G-6a, and applicable Utah Administrative Rules (UAR). - In the event of a conflict between this RFP and the UCA or UAR, the UCA or UAR will take precedence.
