This project, referenced as OPW 55132R: OPSTC - Fuel Island Rebid, is a rebid for the construction of a fueling facility at the Omaha Public Safety and Training Center.

Contract Requirements

- The anticipated Notice to Proceed date is Friday, 7/3/2026. - This bid includes a Small & Emerging Small Business (SEB) reserve. Details regarding SEB requirements are available in the Attachments tab in the specifications/project manual. - Non-registered SEB bidders may submit bids; however, their bids will only be considered if no SEB authorized bids are received. If any SEB authorized bids are submitted, all non-SEB authorized bids will be automatically rejected for not meeting SEB reserve requirements. - A bid bond is required. The surety company issuing the bid bond must be licensed by the State of Nebraska and listed on the current edition of Circular 570 of the United States Department of the Treasury. Acceptable substitutes for a bid bond include a certified check or an official check.
