Background The 157th Military Police Company (MP CO) has a requirement to provide catered meals for 130 personnel during their Annual Training at the Moorefield Army Reserve Center (AFRC) in Moorefield, West Virginia, from July 20 to August 3, 2026. The goal of this contract is to ensure that all personnel are adequately fed with safe and nutritious meals while maintaining a clean and healthy environment. Work Details The contractor shall be responsible for providing all subsistence, paper goods, and labor required for meal preparation. Key responsibilities include: 1. Preparing and serving meals according to military food planning documents and Army Recipe Cards (TM 10-412). 2. Ensuring all meals are maintained at proper temperatures to prevent foodborne illness during preparation, cooking, serving, and storage. 3. Using fresh ingredients only; no leftovers are permitted. 4. Designating points of contact (POCs) for managing food service during the contract period. 5. Ensuring that all personnel have a current food sanitation certificate from an accredited program, preferably the NRAEF Serv-Safe Certification. 6. Displaying identification/name tags confirming staff positions. 7. Any deviations from the menu must be preapproved by SSG Donald Ferry at the provided contact number. 8. Scheduled meal times are: Breakfast from 0600-0700 hrs., Lunch from 1130-1230 hrs., and Dinner from 1730-1830 hrs., with preparations starting 15 minutes prior to serving times.
