Work Details

The project involves constructing landscape improvements at three locations: - The center median of Country Club Drive between Monterey Avenue and Portola Avenue, - The center median of Country Club Drive between Portola Avenue and Cook Street, - The center median of Via Cinta. The contractor will provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, traffic control, utility coordination, and incidental work necessary to complete the project. Major components include mobilization, clearing and grubbing, dust control, landscape grading, soil preparation, irrigation and electrical connections, plant installation, boulder and decomposed granite installation, stone paving, maintenance, plant establishment, and warranty-related replacement work. Additionally, the contractor must prepare a detailed traffic control plan for review and approval before commencing construction.

Period of Performance

The work is expected to commence upon issuance of a Notice to Proceed by the City following contract award. All work must be completed within 90 days from this commencement date.
