Work Details

The contractor will provide a comprehensive recruitment system that includes: - A core adaptable system offering resources for individuals exploring teaching, tailored by education/career stage and personal characteristics. - Ongoing digital communications to engage prospects. - Lead generation strategies to identify potential candidates across New Mexico. - A database for managing prospect information and tracking demographics. - A mentorship program connecting prospects with current educators. - Live-chat support for inquiries about the teaching profession. - Inspirational multimedia content to promote teaching benefits and address misconceptions. - Tools for researching EPPs, including application guidance and financial aid resources. - Administration of financial incentives like application fee reimbursements. - Measurement and reporting capabilities to assess the initiative's impact on EPP applications.
