The 88th Medical Group (88 MDG) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (AFB), Ohio, has a requirement for non-personal services to provide comprehensive preventive maintenance and on-call repair services for commercial food service equipment. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and transportation necessary to ensure the continuous operation of equipment located at the Nutritional Medicine Flight (Building 830) in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Work Details The contractor shall perform the following tasks: - Scheduled quarterly Preventive Maintenance (PM) to keep equipment in good operating condition, including inspecting excessive wear, checking gaskets and seals, cleaning condenser coils, and ensuring coolant levels are correct. PM is required for combi ovens, stoves, evaporator coil units, salad bars, ice makers, serving lines, and ware washing machines. - Remedial (Non-Emergency) Maintenance: Respond to non-emergency service calls within 24 hours. - Emergency Maintenance: Respond to emergency service calls within 4 hours. An emergency is defined as any equipment failure that creates a physical hazard or increases the risk of injury. - Provide all necessary labor and replacement parts for repairs in compliance with OEM guidelines. All parts must be new OEM parts unless specified otherwise. Replacement units must be ENERGY STAR certified or designated by FEMP where practicable. - Submit invoices through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) reflecting all work accomplished and parts used. Period of Performance The contract will consist of a 12-month Base Period from 15 June 2026 to 14 June 2027 and four (4) additional 12-month Option Periods.
