Vendors must register in Ocean State Procures™ to submit proposals. They are required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws including maintaining necessary licenses throughout the contract duration. Vendors must also adhere to insurance requirements including liability coverage of $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate. Additionally, participation from Minority/Women Business Enterprises (MBE/WBE) is encouraged, requiring submission of an MBE Utilization Plan with each award.
