Background

The City of Jacksonville's Procurement Division is soliciting bids for the Printing & Distribution of the 2026-2027 Preparedness Response Guide. 40 lb Gloss #4 or 35 lb Alternative Offset - Printing: Full-color process printing (4/4) with bleeds on all pages. The supplier must provide press-ready Adobe InDesign files as supplied by the City, deliver one hardcopy proof to the designated address, and ensure that all proofs are contract-quality. The distribution will involve using USPS Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) for approximately 458,000 guides and delivering about 2,000 guides to a specified warehouse location. All deliveries must be completed within 14 calendar days from receipt of press-ready files.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon execution of the purchase order or contract and will continue until completion and acceptance of the stated scope of work.

Place of Performance

The printing and distribution services will primarily take place in Jacksonville, Florida. Specific delivery locations include a USPS distribution center and JFRD EOC Warehouse located at 909 Haines Street, Jacksonville, FL.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be legally authorized to do business in Duval County and comply with all minimum requirements outlined in the bid documents.
