Summary

This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, for the provision of Multi-Functional Devices in support the United States Military Academy(USMA). The equipment will provide administrative functionality to copy, scan administrative documents as required by numerous departments under the academy and also support various agencies which the CIO/G6 supports. The contractor shall provide for delivery, set-up and training of the Multi-functional devices(MFD) and provide for maintenance and resupply of toner. The Contractor shall provide non-personal service(s). The contractor shall provide and install all systems within locations defined by the CIO/G6 and provide for standard preventive maintenance service, and toner as needed. The contractor shall provide for unscheduled maintenance support and management of trouble tickets generated by the user representative. This contract includes delivery, installation, recovery (during turn-in inspection/removing equipment), maintenance, repair and/or replacement, hard drive removal, training, and diagnostic service calls to the USMA, USAG-WP, LRC, and KACH users and locations of these devices. During the life of the contract, the Government expects to add or remove an undetermined number of MFDs and accessories as requirements and technology change. Additionally, during the lifetime of the contract, the USMA CIO/G6, as the prime executive agent of this contract, anticipates that all devices may require relocation from the initial placement location. Background The United States Military Academy (USMA) is seeking a contractor to provide non-personal services for the provision of Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs). The goal of this contract is to support various departments within the academy and associated agencies by providing equipment that facilitates administrative tasks such as copying and scanning documents. The contractor will be responsible for delivering, setting up, training personnel on the MFDs, and maintaining these devices throughout the contract period. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, and supplies necessary for the provision of MFDs. Key tasks include: - Delivery and installation of MFDs at specified locations defined by the CIO/G6. - Providing standard preventive maintenance services and resupply of toner as needed. - Offering unscheduled maintenance support and managing trouble tickets generated by users. - Relocation services for MFDs as requirements change over time. - Installation of systems that comply with current technology, security, and application needs. - Conducting initial orientation for new users and ensuring all devices meet technical specifications required by the operating environments (WREN and NIPRNET). - Providing maintenance response within 2 business days for hardware issues and resolving software problems within 10 business days. - Ensuring compliance with applicable DISA STIGs and secure configuration requirements. Period of Performance The contract will consist of one base year plus four option periods, totaling 60 months. Place of Performance The services will be performed at various locations including the United States Military Academy at West Point, Keller Army Hospital, Camp Buckner Training Facility, and other Westpoint Garrison locations.
