The specifications for these servers include: - AMD EPYC 9335 processor (3.0GHz, 32C/64T, 128 Cache) - 4 x 32GB RDIMM memory (6400MT/s) - RAID configuration with PERC H965i Controller - 6 x 1.6TB Enterprise NVMe SSD drives - No operating system included - IDRAC10 Enterprise management system - Sliding rails with cable management for installation. Additional requirements include providing a Letter of Authorization from the manufacturer and submitting a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid.

Period of Performance

Proposals are due by May 21, 2026, and bidders should allow for pricing validity for at least 90 days post due date.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be certified small businesses under the Small Business Reserve Program and must be current Master Contractors under the Hardware and Associated Equipment and Services contract (060B2490022). Additionally, bidders must provide a Mercury Affidavit and comply with invoicing requirements as outlined in COMAR regulations.
