Work Requested

- Provision of five (5) LinkedIn Recruiter Seats with Hiring Assistant, enabling Upstate to source and contact LinkedIn's network of over 1 billion professionals and attract candidates for open positions. - Provision of thirty-two (32) Job Slots, allowing for reserved and interchangeable job postings, which are promoted across LinkedIn using AI-matching capabilities to reach over 1 billion professionals. - Provision of five (5) complimentary Jobs Dashboard Management Seats.

Requesting Entity

This solicitation is issued by SUNY under its discretionary authority pursuant to NYS Education Law Section 355(5)(a), for an award up to $125,000.

Background

The contract pertains to the acquisition of LinkedIn Recruiter Seats and related services to support Upstate's recruitment efforts. This procurement will not involve a sealed bid process.

Contract Requirements

- Vendors must provide the specified number of Recruiter Seats, Job Slots, and Dashboard Management Seats as detailed above. - Vendors must allow Upstate to fully utilize LinkedIn's professional network and AI-matching capabilities for job postings and candidate sourcing.

Submission Instructions

- Interested vendors must contact the designated Campus Contact listed in this advertisement within fifteen (15) business days of this Advertisement Notice to provide a proposal. - This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law Sections 139 j & k (the Lobbying Law). Vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual listed in the advertisement. Contacting any other individuals at Upstate regarding this advertisement may violate New York State Finance Law and could result in consequences ranging from no contract award to debarment from sales to any NYS Agency. - Vendors must complete and submit all applicable documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law Sections 139 j & k, and New York State's Tax Law Section 5-a. - Vendors must also submit valid and current NYS Workers' Compensation and Disability Forms.
