Background The City of Cincinnati is seeking bids for commercial reprographics services required by the Division of Printing Services. This contract aims to provide necessary printing services and materials to various City Departments on an as-needed basis, ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely delivery. Work Details The contractor will provide commercial reprographics services, including but not limited to: - Digital print paper (20 lb.) - Digital Mylar (not less than .003 thick) - Foam board (3/16" thick) - Illustration board (single weight) - Styrene board Additional services may include: - Laminating - Dry mounting of foam core - Stapling - Reducing/enlarging prints - Raster scans up to 11 x 17" and 36 x 48" - Oversized color copies - Folding - Screw post binding - Acetate covers up to 11 x 17" - Trimming/cutting - Poster printing All work must comply with the detailed specifications provided in the bid documents. Period of Performance The initial contract period will be for twelve (12) months from the effective start date, with options for two (2) additional twelve-month renewals at the City's discretion. Place of Performance Services will be performed within the City of Cincinnati, Ohio, specifically for various City Departments requiring printing services. Bidder Requirements Bidders must be registered under Vendor Self Service (VSS) at the time of award. They are required to comply with the City’s Small Business Enterprise (SBE) and Minority & Women Business Enterprise (M/WBE) programs. Bidders must submit a DEI 147 EEO form prior to award and demonstrate compliance with equal employment opportunity policies. Additionally, proof of insurance coverage including general liability and workers' compensation is mandatory.
