This is an Request for Information (RFI) to support the Department of State's (DoS) Training mission domestically at the Bureau of Diplomatic Security's (DS) training site in Blackstone, Virginia. DoS has a need for for occupational and urgent care medical services to the employees and trainees supporting the State Department training mission at Blackstone VA. Background The Department of State (DoS) is seeking to enhance its training mission at the Bureau of Diplomatic Security's training site in Blackstone, Virginia. The goal of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather insights on occupational and urgent care medical services needed for employees and trainees involved in the State Department's training programs. This RFI serves as a preliminary step for market research to understand available technologies, industry capabilities, and best practices for fulfilling these medical service needs. Work Details The contract will involve providing comprehensive occupational medical services including: - Clinical care for a permanent population of up to 600 individuals and an additional 750 trainees. - Occupational medicine services, episodic care for minor illnesses and injuries, screenings, and infectious disease management through daily telehealth checks. - Limited immunizations and health promotion/education initiatives. - Nursing support to facilitate the aforementioned services. - CLIA waived lab testing capabilities. - Staffing to ensure clinic operations are maintained 40 hours per week from 0800 to 1600, Monday through Friday. Contractors are encouraged to provide specific experience related to these tasks as outlined in the Statement of Objectives (SOO). Place of Performance The contract will be performed at Fort Barfoot, Blackstone, Virginia.
