This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement will be evaluated using the lowest priced quotation meeting the stated minimum requirements which provides the best benefit to the Government. 2. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01 (eff. 03/13/2026). 4. This requirement is unrestricted. Clarify ADDENDUM to FAR 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES Factor 1 Technical Capability. Instructions to Offerors Factor 1: Technical Capability Revise paragraph (c) to read as follows: (c) The Offeror is recommended to have a minimum of three (3) years of experience performing sewer jetting and grease trap cleaning services. Personnel must have demonstrated competency in operating high-pressure jetting equipment and CCTV inspection systems.
