Commercial Vendor

The Hoboken Dual Language Charter School is seeking proposals for the 2026-2029 school years to provide vended meals for its food service programs. The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering meals and related documents in accordance with USDA meal patterns, regulations, and guidelines, as well as the policies and guidelines set forth by the New Jersey Department of Agriculture. Specifications for the proposals can be obtained from Brian Falkowski, the School Business Administrator at The Hoboken Dual Language Charter School, via email at bids@sboffice.com. Proposals must be submitted to 158 South Main Street, Hightstown, New Jersey 08520. The deadline for submission is Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 10:30 AM. All proposals should be delivered in a sealed envelope and clearly marked "Commercial Vended Meals Proposal Hoboken Dual Language Charter School". The school reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, or to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the SFA.
