Background The County of Orange's Department of General Services is seeking qualified vendors to provide Deli and Catering Services under Request for Competitive Offer (RCO) RCO-OC057-26. The goal is to supply breakfast foods, sandwiches, hot meals, pizza, beverages, and other catered food items to various locations within Orange County, New York. Vendors must meet specific requirements outlined in the solicitation. Work Details Vendors are required to deliver a variety of food items categorized into four groups: 1) Continental Breakfast 2) Sandwiches/Wraps 3) Hot Meal Buffet Style 4) Pizza Each group has specific items and quantities that must be provided. For example, the Continental Breakfast includes assorted rolls, bagels, croissants, coffee, juice, and water. Sandwiches/Wraps must include a choice of meats or vegetarian options with sides. Hot Meals require two entrees and two sides. Pizza includes cheese pizzas and additional items like chicken wings. Vendors must also accommodate dietary restrictions such as vegan or gluten-free options. Period of Performance The initial term of the contract will be for three (3) years with the option to renew for up to two (2) additional one-year terms. Place of Performance Services will be performed at various locations throughout Orange County, New York. Specific geographic zones include Towns of Deerpark, Greenville, Montgomery, Washingtonville, and Goshen among others. Bidder Requirements Bidders must be properly registered to do business in New York State and provide necessary certifications including Non-Collusive Certification and Iran Divestment Act Certification. Bidders are encouraged to submit proposals from Minority- and/or Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE). All required permits/licenses must remain valid throughout the contract term.
