Background The U.S. Coast Guard is issuing a solicitation for the Repair and Cleanout of the Sewage Lift Station at Station Niagara. This project aims to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of the sewage lift station, which is critical for the facility's operations. The project is a new requirement with no incumbent contractor. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary for the following tasks: 1. Cleaning out and inspecting the sewage lift station tank. 2. Repairing a cracked flange on the exterior tank vent line. 3. Replacing gasket material on the lid and access hatch. 4. Securing main water and sewage lines prior to accessing the tank. 5. Emptying the tank using installed sewage pumps before making entry. 6. Performing a clean and inspection of the interior of the tank and pump components, followed by providing a report of findings to the unit Point of Contact (POC) for any future repairs needed. 7.
