Work Details The Contractor shall provide refuse and recycling collection services as detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key tasks include: 1. **Trash and Waste Removal**: - Provide an 8-cubic yard front load dumpster for general refuse with weekly pickups (52 per year). - Provide an 8-cubic yard front load dumpster for recyclable waste with monthly pickups (12 per year). - Provide a 20-cubic yard roll-off dumpster for granite headstone and concrete debris with monthly pickups (12 per year). - Provide on-call delivery and pickup of a 20-cubic yard roll-off dumpster as needed. 2. **Container Specifications**: All containers must be leakproof, covered, labeled, and maintained in a clean condition. The Contractor must coordinate with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for container placement and delivery schedules. 3. **Maintenance Responsibilities**: The Contractor is responsible for the delivery, maintenance, and removal of all containers throughout the contract period, ensuring they are free of holes, odors, and vermin.
