Background West Virginia University (WVU), on behalf of its Board of Governors (BOG), located in Morgantown, West Virginia, is initiating this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified firms or individuals for the installation and setup of digital signage screens as part of the WVU Digital Signage Network. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for the power, data, placement, and installation of digital signage screens referred to as Information Stations or Info Stations. This includes ensuring that all necessary infrastructure is in place for the effective operation of these systems. Bidder Requirements Proposers must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance as part of their submission.
