Background The 63d Army Reserve Readiness Division supports soldiers in seven states to provide best-in-class base operations support for soldiers in the Southwest region of the United States. This contract is for non-personal services to provide janitorial/custodial services at the Army Reserve facility TX188 Brownsville AFRC located at 600 Woodruff Ave, Brownsville, TX 78520-5503. The goal of the contract is to maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, sanitary, neat, and professional appearance. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, chemicals, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, quality control, and other items necessary to perform janitorial/custodial services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Specific tasks include: 1. Base Routine Cleaning - 12 Months 2. Base Annual High Dusting - 1 Each 3. Base Annual Carpet Cleaning - 1 Each 4. Base Annual Strip and Wax - 1 Each 5. Base Annual Interior/Exterior Window Clean - 1 Each The contractor will be responsible for quality control and must maintain an inspection system to ensure compliance with contract requirements. Period of Performance The period of performance is from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027 for the base period with four (4) option years and an option to extend services for up to six (6) months. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at the Army Reserve facility located at 600 Woodruff Ave, Brownsville, TX 78520-5503.
