Supplemental Notification for 2025 ISO-NE Capacity

Summary

On March 06, 2026, PSEG Long Island issued a Supplemental Notification to any Respondent that submitted a Proposal in response to the 2025 ISO-NE Capacity Request for Proposals and has not received confirmation from or been in contact with PSEGLI to confirm Proposal receipt. Those Respondents have until March 20, 2026 to re-submit previously submitted Proposals. The resubmission must include the original email as an attachment to provide evidence that the Proposal was submitted by the Proposal Submittal Deadline of December 18, 2025, 5:00 PM EPT. As indicated in the RFP, the maximum allowable email size is 15 MB. Multiple emails are acceptable. The submission of zip files are not acceptable. PDF, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word files are acceptable with a maximum size of 15 MB each. Proposals should be submitted to the following address: PSEGLI-2025-ISO-NECapacityRFP-ProposalsOnly@psegliny.com The 2025 ISO-NE Capacity Request for Proposals was issued on October 24, 2025 by PSEG Long Island, as agent of and acting on behalf of LIPA, to procure up to 345 MW of Capacity from one or more generating facilities located in the New England Control Area for the NYISO Capability Years 2027 2028, 2028 2029, 2029 2030, 2030 - 2031, and 2031 - 2032, which are eligible to qualify as Locational Installed Capacity for Long Island (Load Zone K) under the applicable NYISO Rules.
