Background The Chaplains Religious Enrichment Development Operation (CREDO) is a program sponsored by the United States Navy Chief of Chaplains, established in 1971. It aims at enhancing the spiritual readiness, resilience, and relational health of Sailors and their families. CREDO provides transformational retreat-based and non-retreat programs that focus on personal and relational growth to improve individual well-being and mission readiness. The Marriage Enrichment Retreat (MER) is specifically designed to equip married military couples with practical skills to enhance their relationships within the unique military lifestyle, requiring a quiet and secure environment for reflection and interaction. Work Details The Contractor shall provide a 4-Star Rated (or higher) venue for one three-day, two-night MER located within 10 miles of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. The facility must include: - A training or conference room for at least 43 participants; - A private dining room for at least 43 participants; - On-site staff available 24/7; - Recreational amenities such as a swimming pool or fitness center; - An on-site full-service restaurant capable of serving buffet-style meals; - Guest rooms equipped with necessary amenities; - Complimentary Wi-Fi; - ADA-compliant facilities; and - Ice machines. The Contractor shall also provide food and beverage services including five meals during the retreat, snack services, and accommodate special dietary requirements. A Banquet Event Order detailing menus must be submitted for approval five business days prior to the retreat. Period of Performance The primary target dates for the retreat are from May 1 to May 3, 2026. The Contractor must secure facility reservations no later than thirty business days prior to this date. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at a resort, hotel, boutique hotel, or inn located within 10 miles of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.
