Background The Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES) Regional Contracting Office (RCO) is responsible for providing contract policy support. The goal of this contract is to provide experienced personnel with extensive knowledge and procurement analyst experience to assist in various procurement-related tasks. Work Details The contractor shall provide Procurement Analyst Support Services, which include: 1. Utilizing knowledge of procurement principles, laws, regulations, and practices to research and compile information for assessing acquisition procedures. 2. Formulating planning alternatives for implementing changes in law, regulation, and policy directives. 3. Performing analysis and evaluation of contracts and contracting actions to develop policies, procedures, and guidance material while providing technical advice to management officials. 4. Providing administrative support including typing, filing, report distribution, data entry, and preparation of presentations. 5. Maintaining suspense lists for contract administration activities and coordinating funding acceptance and payment actions. Place of Performance The work will primarily be performed at locations designated by the MARFORRES RCO.
