Background The National Centers for Environmental Information (NCEI) is issuing this contract to ensure the maintenance and battery replacement of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and Power Distribution Unit (PDU) systems. The goal of this contract is to maintain operational integrity and reliability of critical power systems that support environmental data services. Work Details The contractor will provide Vertiv Essential Service for UPS/PDU, which includes the following tasks: - Regular maintenance of UPS and PDU systems to ensure optimal performance. - Replacement of batteries as needed to prevent system failures. - Compliance with all relevant safety and operational standards during maintenance activities. - Documentation of all services performed, including inspection reports and battery replacement records. Period of Performance The contract will be performed from March 7, 2026, to March 6, 2027. Place of Performance The services will be performed at the National Centers for Environmental Information located at 151 Patton Avenue, Asheville, NC 28801-5001.
