Background The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking bids for the procurement of various meat products for the 3rd Quarter Budget FY 2026. The goal of this contract is to supply high-quality meat products that meet specific USDA standards and requirements for use in federal correctional facilities. Work Details The following items are requested under this solicitation: 1. **Beef Patty, 4 oz** - 7000 pounds - IMPS 1136, 80% Lean, Frozen, Round in Shape, with Paper Separation or Individually Quick Frozen. - Must consist of chopped fresh and/or frozen beef without seasoning. Finished product shall not contain more than 20% fat and must be produced from current raw material. - Product must be 6 months or younger upon delivery with clear labeling. 2. **Beef, Ground, 80/20** - 9000 pounds - IMPS 136, delivered Frozen. Same specifications as above regarding fat content and labeling. 3. **Beef Roast Beef, Raw** - 12000 pounds - IMPS 168,169,169A,170,170A,171B,180. Weight range approximately 12 to 28 lb. - Quote must indicate actual IMPS & average roast weight. 4. **Chicken Leg Quarters** - 13000 pounds - U.S. Grade A, Whole Leg quarter consists of a poultry thigh and drumstick attached with a portion of the back. - Delivered amounts can vary in size (12-18 ounces). 5. **Chicken Patty** - 5000 pounds - Whole Muscle or Chunked and formed chicken; no mechanically separated chicken allowed. - Must be breaded and individually quick frozen. 6. **Boneless/Skinless Chicken** - 13000 pounds - Raw white meat (tender or breast meat), frozen; must be free of cartilage and fat. 7. **Fish Patty, Breaded** - 3500 pounds - Cod or other fish fillet block; crumb coated breading required. 8. **Fish Fillet, Raw** - 4000 pounds - Individually quick frozen; must meet U.S. Grade A or B standards. 9. **Italian Sausage, Pork** - 2000 pounds - Fresh uncooked linked product; must not contain soy. 10. **Pork Roast** - 4000 pounds - Pork Shoulder (Boston Butt), boneless raw; weight range A or B (4 to 10 lb). 11. **Turkey Roast Raw** - 5000 pounds - Boneless natural turkey roast; skin maximum of 12.5%.
