The Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) in Monterey, California is planning for and execution of the virtual Accelerating Warfighting Capabilities Acquisition Research Symposium and Innovation Summit, on May 6-7, 2026, in Monterey, CA. The event must be run from an advanced technical command center built at the local hotel in Monterey, California with advanced equipment and a technical support team provided by the hotel to run two (2) one half days on May 4 and 5th, 2026 practice sessions with panelists and during the live event two (2) keynote addresses and three (3) webinar sessions simultaneously for eight (8) hours each day on May 6 and 7, 2026 starting at 5:00 am until 3:00 pm pacific time. The webinars will be run on Microsoft TEAMS (MS TEAMS) webinar licenses provided by the Government. The PWS also requires a sleeping room block of fifteen (15) sleeping rooms at the current federal per diem rate of $199.00 with free overnight parking which will be paid individually; an event coordinator provided by the hotel who is dedicated to the event; a completed event execution plan; a four thousand six hundred (4,600) square foot space for the command center; and tables with clothes and shirting, chairs and the hanging of one (1) 6-foot banner. Please review the Performance Work Statement (PWS) draft, fill out the provided Market Research Questionnaire, and submit a Capability Statement if you feel your company is able to sufficiently provide for this requirement.
