Background The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is a U.S. Department of Defense agency responsible for providing worldwide logistics support for military missions. This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks to procure ERP Cloud Hosting and Subscription Licenses with Managed Services to support DLA's mission-critical SAP Platform workloads. The goal is to utilize SAP® RISE Cloud Hosting Licenses and Maintenance to host DLA’s ERP environment in the cloud, ensuring continued operations and compliance with Impact Level 4 certification in the Cloud. Work Details The contractor will provide firm-fixed-price SAP® RISE Cloud Hosting Licenses and Maintenance services, which include: 1. Hosting DLA’s ERP environment in a cloud-based infrastructure. 2. Supporting multiple ERP applications integrated with existing SAP infrastructure. 3. Ensuring compliance with Section 508 accessibility requirements for Information and Communication Technology (ICT). 4. Providing detailed billing and consumption rates for SAP services utilized by the government. 5. Conducting annual training for contractor workforce on accessibility standards post-contract award. Period of Performance The contract will have a maximum duration of 7 years, including a 12-month base period followed by six 12-month option periods. Place of Performance The services will be performed in a cloud environment compliant with DLA's operational requirements.
