To support the DCGS by providing sustainment, materials, software patching, services and other engineering support extending the life of the Air Force (AF) DCGS Crew Communication System (Crew Comm) until a suitable replacement is available. The support for tasks will include reviews, engineering services and support, updates associated with patching the software components and updating those components to maintain cyber security compliance and resolving identified and documented issues and defects.

Background The Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) is seeking to extend the operational life of the Crew Communication System (Crew Comm) until a suitable replacement is available. The contract aims to provide sustainment, materials, software patching, and engineering support to ensure continued functionality and compliance with cybersecurity standards. This initiative is critical for maintaining near real-time actionable intelligence capabilities for warfighters. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for: 1. Providing engineering services and support for the Crew Comm systems, including reviews and updates related to software patching. 2. Sustaining the currently fielded Crew Comm 3.0 system and expanding existing workstations to meet mission requirements. 3. Incorporating new capabilities as required by evolving sensor and DCGS mission needs. 4. Managing program activities, including material procurement, repair services, data reporting, and travel arrangements. 5. Conducting program status reporting as directed under a Task Order issued under the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aberdeen RTX Corporation Umbrella Contract General Services Administration (GSA) OASIS contract vessel. 6. Ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards and resolving identified issues or defects in the system.
