The contractor must ensure that all services are performed in a respectful and dignified manner. Period of Performance The contract will be effective for two years from the date of issuance, with an option to extend for an additional three years in one-year increments. The maximum duration including extensions can be up to five years and two months. Place of Performance Services will primarily be performed at Nassau University Medical Center located at 2201 Hempstead Turnpike, East Meadow, New York 11554. Bidder Requirements Bidders must be Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOB) with a goal participation rate of 6.00%. Additionally, there are Minority/Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) contracting goals set at 20.00%.
