Demolition and Construction of 6-Bay T-Hangar at Warren County Floyd Bennett Memorial Airport

Notice to All Certified MBE's, WBE's and SVDOB's, General Contractor Plank LLC is currently accepting quotes for the Warren County Floyd Bennett Memorial Airport in Queensbury, NY for the demolition of the existing and construction of a new 6-Bay T-hangar on the existing apron. The Project for the General Contractor consists of, but is not limited to, site drainage, installation of associated electrical connections, pavement rehabilitation, and maintenance and protection of traffic. The Bid Documents and Contract Documents may be examined at the office of the Warren County Purchasing Dept, 1340 State Route 9, Third Floor-Human Servies Building, Lake George, NY 12845; or Bid Documents are available by calling Jason Shpur, 518-761-6538 or by e-mail at shpurj@warrencountyny.gov. Electrical work is by a separate Prime. This Project is a municipal job subject to the provisions of the Davis-Bacon regulations and NYS Labor Law on minimum wage rates.
