Housekeeping Services & Recycling Collection

Description The National Institutes of Health (NIH), intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for comprehensive custodial and recycling services in support of NIH facilities. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to perform routine and non-routine custodial services and recycling support in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Services are expected to include, but are not limited to: Routine custodial cleaning of administrative, clinical, laboratory-support, and common areas Restroom sanitation and consumable replenishment Floor care (hard floors and carpeted areas) High and low dusting Interior glass and entryway cleaning Interior trash and recycling collection Support for special events and emergency or unscheduled cleaning Collection of recyclable materials Please see attachment for additional details
