The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate a sole source basis with Janteq Corporation located at 9975 Toledo Way #150 Irvine, CA 92619 for ACRx Equipment Repairs. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The Government anticipates the award of a firm fixed price purchase order. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
