Training Services for State Employees

Background

The State of Rhode Island is seeking proposals from qualified training providers to be listed on MPA 527. This initiative aims to develop and deliver both web-based (e-learning) and classroom (face-to-face) training workshops and materials for an adult learning environment. The goal is to support and enhance the skills and knowledge of the state's workforce.

Work Details

Vendors must have the capacity to develop and/or deliver training workshops and materials that are suitable for adult learners. This includes both online e-learning modules and in-person classroom sessions. The training should be designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of state employees, contributing to their professional development.

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed from December 1, 2025, to December 30, 2025.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed within the State of Rhode Island.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must register in Ocean State Procures to submit solicitation responses. They are required to provide a completed Vendor Certification Questionnaire, a Vendor Qualifications Assessment questionnaire, and an MBE Participation Acknowledgment Form as part of their proposal submission. Additionally, vendors must maintain all necessary licenses and insurance throughout the contract duration.
