The Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA) has awarded a Firm-Fixed-Price contract (H9821026CE005) to VANTAGE POINT CONSULTING INC. for the DANTES Academic Skills Training (AST) requirement. This contract is for the delivery of a commercially available, computer-adaptive, asynchronous web-based course to support the Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education Support (DANTES). FAR 5.705(b) Statement: In accordance with reporting requirements, please note that this contract action was awarded competitively as a 100% Small Business) set-aside and is a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract with a Time and Material (T&M) Not to Exceed (NTE) Travel Contract Line Item (CLIN).
