The City of Tarpon Springs is seeking qualified independent vendors to provide concession services for various recreation events in 2026, including the Sunset Beach Concert Series and other community events. The goal is to enhance the attendee experience by offering a diverse selection of food and drink options during these events.

Work Details

Vendors will provide concession services that may include the sale of non-alcoholic beverages, snacks, ice cream, lemonade, shaved ice, sandwiches, hot dogs, hamburgers, and more. Vendors must identify their method of service delivery (e.g., cart, trailer) and specify space requirements for operations. Each vendor will pay a fee of $40 for each scheduled event. The events include: - Sunset Beach Concert Series on specified dates from February to November 2026 - Sunset Beach Movie Nights on select Saturdays

Juneteenth Celebration

- Back to School Splash and Ecofest. Vendors are required to operate during the full duration of each event and must arrive 1 to 1.5 hours prior to start time.
