Background

Richland School District Two is seeking to establish a contract for plumbing supplies and fixtures to ensure consistent and reliable access to quality plumbing products that support its operational needs. The purpose of this solicitation is to competitively obtain bids for these supplies, services, or equipment. The awarded contractor will be placed on a Qualified Provider List (QPL) as a pre-approved source of supply. However, there is no guarantee of any work following the contract award.

Work Details

The contractor will provide a broad range of plumbing supplies and fixtures at a fixed percent discount off retail pricing. Supplies may include drains, fittings, grinders, macerators, pumps, tanks, traps, valves, partitions, faucets, fixtures, hot water heaters, pipe, sinks, toilets, urinals, water fountains, and repair parts and kits. Products will be purchased on an 'as needed' basis without any guaranteed specific quantity or dollar amount being spent. The vendor must identify a representative as a point of contact for District customers who will assist with orders and be available during normal business hours. Delivery may occur no later than the next business day after order placement.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon award and will remain in effect for an initial period with options for renewal based on satisfactory performance.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed at various locations specified by Richland School District Two within the local area.
