Work Details The contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, certifications, permits, prevailing wages, insurance, and qualified service technicians to perform Boiler Maintenance and Repair services on three boilers: two gas boilers and one diesel boiler. The contractor must ensure that all work complies with SJVAPCD standards. Specific tasks include regular maintenance checks and repairs as needed while ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at the Department of State Hospitals – Coalinga located at 24511 W. Jayne Ave., Coalinga, CA 93210. Bidder Requirements Bidders must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) under Labor Code § 1725.5 and must pay prevailing wages per Labor Code § 1771. They must also possess a current Contractors State License C-4 issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs. Additionally, bidders should have a minimum of five years' experience in boiler maintenance and repair services and provide references from previous clients.
