Work Details The contract includes the following services: 1. Internet Access Services: Providing reliable internet connectivity across all PK-12 public schools in West Virginia, including managing connections to state and PK-12 routers. 2. Web Hosting Services: Offering web hosting for all West Virginia PK-12 public schools and districts. 3. Domain Name Services: Providing DNS support for all PK-12 sites. 4. Help Desk Support: Comprehensive systems operations and help desk support for internet access. 5. Configuration and Maintenance: Configuring and maintaining communication lines to ensure stable internet connectivity tailored to the needs of various counties and schools. Period of Performance The contract will be effective upon award and will remain open-ended, allowing for purchases throughout its duration without a minimum order requirement. Place of Performance Services will be provided statewide at two points of presence (POPs): - POP North: 837 Chestnut Ridge Road, Morgantown, WV 26505 - POP South: 1900 Kanawha Blvd. East, Building 6, Charleston, WV 25305. Bidder Requirements Vendors must be properly registered with the West Virginia Purchasing Division prior to contract award.
