Work Details The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary for the removal and replacement of six bathtub and shower pan assemblies. Key tasks include: conducting an initial site visit for measurements; submitting a standardized materials package for approval; removing existing tubs, shower pans, wall surrounds, tile, backer board, and any compromised materials; inspecting subflooring for damage; verifying plumbing alignment; installing standardized tub/shower units according to manufacturer specifications; performing leak tests; restoring finishes; and ensuring all installations meet quality control standards.
