Professional Services for Arbitrage Calculation

The Passaic Valley Water Commission is seeking sealed submissions for professional services related to arbitrage calculation and post-issuance tax law compliance. Submissions must be received by 2:00 PM on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at the Commission's office located at 1525 Main Avenue, Clifton, New Jersey, 07011. There are no pre-bid meetings mentioned. Bidders must comply with the standardized submission requirements and selection criteria, which are available in electronic form upon request via email to lbresemann@pvwc.com. Each submission must be completed using the standardized forms provided in the submission package, and these forms must not be modified or altered. Bids must be hand-delivered between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM or mailed via First-Class Mail or overnight delivery to the Commission's office, attention Purchasing Department. Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. All responders must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 regarding business registration, as well as other applicable laws regarding contract compliance and equal employment opportunities. Additionally, submissions must include a completed Conflict of Interest Certification, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Disclosure of Ownership Statement, Insurance Requirements Acknowledgment, and a copy of the New Jersey Business Registration Certificate. The Commission reserves the right to reject any or all submissions for any reason and may waive formalities to accept submissions that are in the best interest of the Commission.
