THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE REQUIREMENT TO THE BOEING COMPANY, INC., This multi-platform contract provides the 848 SCMG engineering with a vehicle to receive engineering assistance and solutions from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). This support is critical for issues affecting structures, avionics, accessories, ground support, and commodity items for which the Government's existing data package, even when including Government Purpose Rights (GPR), Form, Fit, and Function (FFF), or Operation, Maintenance, Installation, and Training (OMIT) data, is insufficient to perform the required Operational Safety, Suitability, and Effectiveness (OSS&E) analysis.
