Background The 88th Army Reserve Readiness Division (RD) was established in 2009 at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, supporting approximately 50,000 Soldiers across 19 states. The mission of this division is to provide exceptional base operations support for Soldiers in the Northwest region. This contract aims to ensure the provision of refuse and recycling services at various Army Reserve locations, maintaining cleanliness and professionalism in these areas. Work Details The contractor is required to provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other non-personal services necessary for refuse and recycling services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor must maintain dumpsters/containers and surrounding areas in a clean and professional condition. Services will be performed at multiple locations including Bloomington, Camp Atterbury, Evansville, Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, Jeffersonville, Kingsbury, Bobart, Scottsburg, South Bend, and Terre Haute. The contractor is responsible for adhering to the standards outlined in the PWS and ensuring quality service delivery. Period of Performance The contract period of performance is from February 1, 2026 to January 31, 2027 with options for four additional 12-month periods.
