Background The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 22 (NCO 22) is seeking sources to fulfill a requirement for ice and water dispensers as outlined in RFQ 36C26226Q0274 and the Statement of Work (SOW). This solicitation is a total set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs), and only offers from certified SDVOSBs will be considered. Work Details The contract requires the delivery of the following items: 1. Symphony Plus ice and water freestanding dispenser - Quantity: 3 EA - Manufacturer Part Number: 25FB414A-S - Must have a storage capacity of 25 or 50 lb (11.4 or 22.7 kg) and produce up to 425 lb (193.0 kg) daily of chewable nugget ice. - Features include Quiet Night™ mode, automatic self-flushing, Agion® silver-based antimicrobial protection, one-hand lever or SensorSAFE™ infrared dispense, easy-to-remove panels for maintenance, stainless steel construction, and compliance with energy efficiency standards. 2. Carbonless high capacity water filter system - Quantity: 3 EA - Local Stock Number: CARBONLESSHICAPSYS Place of Performance The equipment will be used at the Phoenix VA main facilities or Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs).
