Offer buffet-style service including appetizer/salad and dessert served to each guest with an inclusive cost per person that covers all gratuities and service fees (the Township is tax-exempt). 5. Provide appropriate waitstaff based on the number of guests. 6. Allow the Township to bring in outside vendors for DJ and entertainment services. 7. Set up tables outside the dance room for check-in and seating arrangements (approximately four tables provided by the venue). 8. Ensure no additional security hiring is required by the Township. 9. Complete table setup must include round tables (8-10 per table), appropriate silverware for buffet meals, glassware for beverages, and no paper products are permitted. 10. Meal requirements include: a tossed garden salad or alternative appetizer; a buffet with at least six hot dishes (including three meats, one pasta, two vegetables) and kid-friendly options; two dessert options; regular/decaf coffee and tea during dessert; pitchers of water and soda on tables at all times; gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options must be communicated prior to the event.
